Austin Page College
Austin Page provides college accommodation with shared bathroom facilities and a kitchenette and common area on each floor. A large communal kitchen and a commercial café are also available for residents to enjoy. -
Duval College
Duval offers secure, gated grounds with student rooms featuring shared bathroom facilities and kitchenettes conveniently located on each floor. The accommodation consists of twelve blocks arranged around two charming traditional courtyards. -
Wright College
Wright College provides self-contained apartments with in-room kitchenettes and ensuite bathrooms. You can be completely self-sufficient, while also enjoying modern spaces and activities in the College's common areas. -
Robb College
Robb college houses residents in single study-bedrooms, with shared bathroom, common living and kitchenette facilities. There are many study and common rooms, outdoor courtyards and a large dining hall for you to use and enjoy. -
Mary White College
Located on the academic campus, Mary White offers a range of facilities and accommodation types for students living on campus or visiting for intensive schools. -
Wright Village
Wright Village apartments offer shared facilities in four-, six-, or eight-bedroom flats. Each apartment has a full kitchen, and communal bathrooms shared between two to four residents.

Living at UNE
Experience the vibrant and supportive community at UNE with our on-campus living options. Our residential colleges offer a unique blend of academic support, social engagement, and convenience. Each College has their distinctive features with a variety of catered and self-catered options available.
- It’s cheaper to live on campus than it is to rent in town (when you consider all of the extra costs).
- Live on campus and all of your utility bills are taken care of – that includes free, unlimited Wi-Fi and all of your heating.
- Choose to look after your own food or opt for one of our catered options
- Academic and social support are right there to help you reach your potential
- Convenient location to the academic campus, sporting and social activities

Choosing to live in one of UNE’s residential colleges not only saves you money, it puts you in the ideal position to enjoy the living and learning experience to the fullest. Both socially and academically, you are right at the heart of the action.
Each college has its own distinct character and all of them welcome students into friendly, inclusive and supportive communities.
All Colleges provide single, lockable bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities on each floor. Linen is included in the nightly rate.
All rooms have access to small kitchenettes and Walters Cafe has extended hours during intensive schools.

College accommodation may not suit everyone. If you would prefer to live off-campus, UNE Life Advocacy & Welfare can help you find shared accommodation, private board and local rentals in Armidale.
When considering off-campus living you should take into account the terms/duration of tenancy agreements including costs such as bond, wifi, furniture, power, water as well as transport arrangements and costs to and from campus.
There are a range of on-campus living options to suit your preferences and budget. UNE offers a variety of options for catered accommodation, independent living, or a combination of both.
Colleges offer different catering packages ranging from 15 meals a week, to full self-catered and various options in between. Several Colleges offer a Dinner only package from Sunday through to Thursday. Meals on offer are varied with most dietary requirements being catered for.
